With the built-in model, resumes are sent to our AI provider only for scoring and aren't used to train models. If you connect your own provider, your agreement with them applies. You choose how long we keep documents.

Resume Nexus reads each resume against the job description and returns a score, a match tier, and the specific requirements met and missed. You still make the call. You just start from a ranked list instead of a folder.

Each account's data is isolated. API keys are encrypted at rest. Your plan sets how long documents are kept, you can shorten it, and you can delete all your documents and results in one step.
